Permanent Resident Houseguest

Members with a Family Membership may have up to two Permanent Resident Houseguests, regardless of age, that are living in their Aberdeen home. For a fee, these Permanent Resident Houseguests have the right  to use the Club’s facilities and amenities. The Member may elect for the Permanent Resident Houseguest a Membership category up to or lower than the Member’s equity status regardless of the Member’s current Membership category.

A Permanent Resident Houseguest is defined as any individual who will be living in a Member’s Aberdeen real property for more than thirty days in any Membership/fiscal year. The Permanent Resident Houseguest shall be afforded the access privileges accorded to the Member provided that the Member registers said individual with the Club’s Membership Office.
