ABC– Sport Ready Class 

Check out our ABC Class . Its Nothing, but core work! Devoted to flat-tening and sculpting the midsection. Plus, a total body stretch to in-crease your range of motion. And don’t be afraid of improving your balance. Expect to be a little sore cuz it’s gonna hurt so good! 

Advanced Social Dancing 

The program is for members who feel they are ready for the next level of skill and who seek to add figures to their repertoire and improve styling and technique. This session will enhance knowledge and confidence. 

Advanced Sport 

Sport-specific training using weights to focus on upper and lower extremities to improve your golf & tennis games. 

Aqua-Tabata (Water Wellness) 

Tabata training is a popular high-med-low-intensity interval training format consisting of 20 seconds of all-out, intense work. Followed by 10 seconds of passive recovery, totaling 4 minutes of powerful workout sessions. They feature intensity without impact and joint stress. 

Aqua Zoom 

Start with learning international moves in the water followed by water aerobics, and finish off with a splash 

Raise the Barre! 

Fun and powering class that gives you benefits of postural strength and alignment, while focusing in strengthening upper and lower body parts. What it really is a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. 

Beginner Social Dancing 

The program is for members seeking an introductory course in basic ballroom dancing. The goal of this session is to allow a member to dance comfortably in a social setting. Ballroom dancing is a fun and exciting way for a member to learn something new and then enjoy it for years to come. It is great exercise for both mind and body. 

Boot Camp 

Our Bootcamp is designed for MAXIMUM calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. We want to get you fit, get you healthy, challenge your mind, challenge your body, and most importantly Make Fitness Fun! 

Cardio Dance 

Are you looking for a challenging Aerobic workout? This 45-minute class is filled with easy to follow routines, with choreographed moves that are packed with energy. 

Cardio Pump with a Twist 

Fun, fast-paced moving class that incorporates weight training with cardio. It starts with 3-5 minutes of high intensity cardio followed by 10- 12 minutes of specifically-designed weight training. Its repeated for 45 minutes, designed for all levels of fitness. 

Chair Pilates 

Learn the skills and techniques that will help you develop muscles, improve posture, strengthen your back, and flatten your stomach. Improve flexibility and stamina, reduce stress and bring the mind in tune with the body. 

Chair Yoga 

A unique style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support during standing poses. Chair Yoga is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions. 

Men’s & Women’s Chair Fitness

If you want to improve your game, you should make it your business to attend this class. With weights and stretching, you will improve your strength, flexibility, and ultimately, your overall fitness level. We also guarantee that you’ll have a lot of fun! 

Pilate Mat 

Improve core control, coordination, standing alignment and balance with Pilates mat exercises. They are performed seated or while lying down on your back, side or front. Emphasis is on precise alignment, breathing and efficient sequencing of movement. 

Step, Tone and Tighten 

15 minutes of simple to follow step choreography combine with 45 minutes of total body condition with bands, bars, and weights. Total body workout that’s fun and effective. 

Tai Chi 

If you feel short on energy or if you want to improve your 

balance, try out Tai Chi class. Gentle and smooth-flowing, it will help to decrease your blood pressure and stress levels while increasing your strength and energy levels. 

Tai Chi-Qigong 

Qigong means: "Energy Work" or "Energy Skill." That means getting the skill, you need to do the work. This will allow your internal energy to be optimized. This is one of the major ways to improve your physical structure. It should be practiced separately from your physical actions until both your actions and breathing can be consistently done properly. This will help unify your physical, mental and energy processes into one. 

True Pilates 

Will increase the strength, flexibility and control of the body. Pilates is a body-conditioning routine that helps not only to build flexibility, but also strength, endurance and coordination. 

Water Wellness 

Designed to strengthen and define the muscles of the arms, legs, chest and back. By toning those muscles you’ll tighten sagging arms, increase strength, flexibility and balance for an overall endurance of all activities. 

Weekend Warrior 

Instructors choice of combination of floor cardio workout followed by body sculpting.
