MEMBER COVID-19 RETURN TO THE CLUB POLICIES

  1. Confirmed Case:  A member who tested positive for the COVID-19 virus must adhere to the following.
    • Refrain from coming to the Club’s property until the member provides statement to the Director of Human Resources from their medical provider  that all of the following have been met:
      • a.) Three (3) consecutive days without fever
      • b.) No symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are present;
      • c.) Two (2) tests have been performed at least 24 hours apart and each coming back negative; and
      • d.) At least 10 days have passed since COVID-19 symptoms first appeared.
 
  1. Suspected Cases: Spouses, significant others and dependent members who reside in the same household  with the member who has been diagnosed with the COVID-19 virus must adhere to the following:
    • Refrain from coming to the Club’s property until the member provides statement to the Director of Human Resources from their medical provider  that all of the following have been met:
      • 14 days after the member tested COVID-19 positive, they too have a negative COVID-19 test result.
      • No symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are present during the 14 day period.
 
  1. Suspected Cases:  Members that do not reside in the same household who have come  into close contact (within 6 feet for at least 15 minutes) with the member who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 must adhere to the following:
    • Refrain from coming to the Club’s property, until 14 days after the last time you were in contact with the member that tested COVID-19 positive.
    • No symptoms of the COVID-19 virus are present during the 14 day period
