Reopening Fitness


For the safety of members and staff members alike, the following key aspects have been implemented in order to minimize multiple persons from touching the same surfaces, assist with social distancing, etc.:
  • Facemasks must be worn by all members prior to entering and while in the Fitness facility, including while exercising.

  • After each use, members must wipe down each piece of equipment that they utilize.

  • Monday through Friday fitness sessions, by reservation only, will be available during the following one hour timeframes.

    • 7:00 – 8:00 AM, 8:45 – 9:45 AM, 10:30 – 11:30 AM, 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM, 2:00 – 3:00 PM, 3:45 – 4:45 PM and 5:30 – 6:30 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday fitness, by reservation only, will be available during the following one hour timeframes.

    • 7:00 – 8:00 AM, 8:45 – 9:45 AM, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 12:15 – 1:15 PM, 2:00 – 3:00 PM and 3:45 – 4:45 PM

  • When making a fitness reservation, a member may request the following exercise areas.  If possible, if there is more than one machine of similar type available, please refrain from utilizing a machine that is next to another member.  Also, it remains important that members do their best to maintain social distancing at all times.

    • Stretching & Circuit Area A and Cardiovascular Area B (Limited to a total of 8 members per session)

    • Cardiovascular Area C and Functional Training Area D (Limited to a total of 8 members per session)

    • Cardiovascular and Stretching Area E (Limited to a total of 8 members per session)

  • Indoor Exercise Classes, by reservation only, will be available Mondays through Saturdays at 8:45 AM, 10:30 AM and 12:15 PM.  Please refer to Exercise Class schedule below.

    • Limited to 5 members per class (indoors) and 10 members (outdoors).

  • Members will have a station with designated equipment to include dumbbells, weighted bars, yoga mat, yoga blocks, step, risers, stability ball, pilates over ball, pilates ring, resistance bands and a chair.

  • Members with reservations for a specific exercise area must refrain from utilizing the other exercise areas.  For example, a member with a reservation for Cardiovascular Area B may not enter Functional Training Area D.

  • The use of the Exercise Studio, by reservation only, will be available Mondays through Saturdays from from 7:00 – 8:00 AM, 2:00 – 3:00 PM and 3:45 – 4:45 PM and on Sundays from 7:00 – 8:00 AM, 8:45 – 9:45 AM, 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 12:15 – 1:15 PM and 2:00 – 3:00 PM and 3:45 – 4:45 PM.

    • Limited to 2 members per session.

  • Please refer to the fitness area and exercise studio plan below.

  • Personal training sessions are not available until further notice.

  • The exercise equipment will be cleaned in between each session.

  • The toilets and hand-washing vanities, in the Fitness Men’s and Ladies’ locker room will be available for member use.  The remainder of the locker rooms (showers, lockers and lounge area) are unavailable until further notice.

  • Towels are unavailable until further notice.   Please bring your own.

  • The full Fitness Tennis Aquatics beverage station is available.  Cups will not be provided. 

  • The interior water fountain is unavailable until further notice.

  • All trash receptacles will be available at the Fitness facility. 

  • When finished using the fitness area, please take away anything that you brought with you - do not leave any items behind. 

Arrival Logistics:

  • Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes earlier than your reservation.

  • Members are required to enter through the building’s north entryway and exit through the building’s east exit.

  • Check-in with the attendant at the Fitness check-in desk. 

    • While waiting to check-in members are required to be six feet apart.  Markings will be designated.

  • Those having reservations are required to use the designated Tennis/Pickleball/Fitness/Aquatics parking area.  Please refer to the site plan below.

To Make a Fitness and/or Exercise Class Reservation:

  • Reservations are required and may only be made online or via the mobile app

  • ‚ÄčNo walk ups.

  • Reservations are restricted to members only.  No guests are permitted until further notice.

  • Members may only reserve one session or one class per day.  A second session or class is permitted provided the request is made on the day of use and available.

    • Any members registered beyond these parameters will be removed from all excess reservations made without warning, to allow capacity for other members to fill the open reservation session/class.

  • Reservations are available on a first- reserve first-serve basis.

  • ‚ÄčReservations may only be made for the member and those members residing in the same household.

  • Reservations may only be made up to 7 days in advance. 

  • Reservations will be open 7:00 AM daily.  

  • Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so online or via the mobile app.
